The CaravanRepair® method or working method is a special technique to repair caravans and camper walls that have a profiled caravan or camper wall invisibly, quickly, efficiently and sustainably.
By means of our CaravanRepair® Hightech repair method, a razor-sharp profile of the profiled caravan or camper side wall is copied. The special mold obtained in this way is placed over the damaged part of the caravan or camper wall, and then the liquid (an aluminum filler) is injected through the previously obtained mold with a method specially developed for this. So that a complete filling of the dent or scuff is obtained. After the hardening of this injected special liquid (aluminum filler), the caravan or camper wall has regained the previously obtained original structure and has completely taken over.
